POLICY

Skin History & Consultation

At Caesium Skin Clinic, patient safety and treatment effectiveness are our top priorities. Before any treatment, we require all patients to complete a comprehensive skin history assessment to ensure suitability for the procedure. This includes:

  • Medical history (skin conditions, allergies, previous treatments, medications).

  • Lifestyle factors that may impact skin health.

  • Current skincare routine to assess potential interactions with treatments.

Failure to disclose any relevant information may affect treatment outcomes, and the clinic will not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

2. Chemical Peel Patch Test Policy

For the safety of our patients, a patch test is mandatory for all chemical peel treatments at least 48 hours before the full procedure. This test helps assess skin sensitivity and minimize the risk of adverse reactions.

  • Patients who refuse a patch test will not be eligible for a chemical peel treatment.

  • If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs, the treatment plan will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required prior to all treatments.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking or before the session begins.

  • We accept card payments, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

  • Refunds & Cancellations: Treatments are non-refundable, but appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum 48-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.By proceeding with our treatments, patients acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.

4. GDPR & Data Protection Policy

At Caesium Skin Clinic, we are committed to protecting our patients' personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Patient Consent: By completing our consultation forms and booking treatments, patients consent to the collection and secure storage of their personal and medical information.
